- This is my trading journal, it is a place where I put my thoughts down on paper, as well as my plans and outlook. I am a trader who started out trading the YM and moved to the ES. Due to the volatility I've decided to trade the NQ most recently. It's less bang for the buck vs the ES, but with the lower margin requirement I can always make up for this by trading aggressive on strong days. I usually start my day off with a scalp trade to probe into the market and will carry a trade longer as I see the market shape up on higher time frames.
